Mario Mandzukic (Croatia)
Mario Mandzukic debuted for Croatia in 2007 and netted his first ever goal for his national side against England in the following year.
Mandzukic has so far scored three goals in two appearances in the Euro 2012 competition, twice against Republic of Ireland in their opening game in a 3-1 win and once against Italy in 1-1 draw.
The 26 year old striker currently plays for German club VfL Wolfsburg. During his stint with Dinamo, he was fined by the club after being accused of poor performance.
Alan Dzagoev (Russia)
Alan Yelizbarovich Dzagoev made his debut for Russia in 2008 against Germany scoring his first ever goal two years later in a Euro 2012 qualifying match.
Dzagoev scored three goals in three matches for Russia two of which came in their opening encounter against Czech Republic in a 4-1 win while the last came against Poland in a 1-1 draw.
The 22-year- old midfielder currently represents Russian club CSKA Moscow.
Mario Gomez (Germany)
Mario Gómez García, who holds dual citizenship of Germany and Spain, chose to play for Germany and played his first ever match at the age of 21 against Switzerland. He found the back of the net in his very first appearance as his side won 3-1.
Mario has so far scored three goals in two matches at the Euo 2012, the first of which came against Portugal in the opening game that Germany won 1-0 while the next two were scored against the Netherlands in a 2-1 win.
The 26-year-old striker plays for German club Bayern Munich.
Fernando Torres (Spain)
Fernando José Torres Sanz made his debut for Spain in an international friendly against Portugal in 2003. The first international goal came against Italy in the following year that his side won 3-0.
El Nino, as the striker is known, has so far scored two goals in two matches for Spain in the Euro 2012 championships. Both came against Republic of Ireland in a 4-0 win.
The 28-year-old currently plays for English club Chelsea.
Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal)
Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro or CR7 as the striker is famously known debuted for Portugal in August 2003 against Kazakhstan. His first international goal came in the opening game of Euro 2004 against the eventual winner Greece.
So far, Ronaldo has scored three goals in four appearances for Portugal in the tournament. The first two were scored against The Netherlands that his side won 2-1 while the next came in the quarterfinal in a 1-0 win over Czech Republic that ensured a semi-final berth for his side. He is also the captain of his national team.
The 27-year-old currently plays for Spanish club Real Madrid.
